- Monthly stays or longer paid with a credit card will receive an additional 2.5% processing fee.
- Rates subject to change without notice; all sites and site-types are subject to availability.
- All sites include concrete patio and picnic table.
- Premium sites are corner or larger, but 30 AMP. Deluxe sites are 50 AMP and generally larger.
- All sites include water and sewer
- Free WI-FI access available at the clubhouse and pool. WiFi access available at a cost.
- $7 per day or $95 per month per extra person above two (applies to seven years of age or older).
- Visitors are $6/day and overnight visitors are $12/night.
- Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus a $4 administrative fee.
- Electric deposit of $150 for monthly stay or longer
- Off-site, outside storage is $110/mo. Residents pay reduced rate of $75/mo. Sales tax applies.
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- Daily & Weekly – Payment is required in full at the time of booking, and will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Monthly – Reservation deposit of $195.
Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited. - 6 Month and longer – Reservation deposit of $595 (6/6 Deposit of $695 incl. summer storage).
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited. - There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations.
- No refunds of early departures.
